Terms of use
These short terms explain the basis on which AI Governance Check and its tools are provided.
What are the tools for?
The tools are informational self-assessments. They organise the answers you provide and show a result based on those answers, but the output is not legal advice and using a tool does not create a client relationship with OpenKit Ltd.
Is a result a certification?
No. OpenKit is not a certification body, and no score, report or other output from this site is a certification or a guarantee of compliance.
How current is the information?
The regulatory material is reviewed against the source stated on the relevant page. OpenKit takes care to keep that material accurate, but gives no warranty that the site or an output is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular decision.
Checked against Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744. Last reviewed 11 August 2026.
Who owns the content?
The site content, including its written material, visual design and tool outputs, is copyright OpenKit Ltd unless a page states otherwise. You may use a report generated for your organisation for its internal business purposes.
Which law applies?
These terms and any dispute arising from use of the site are governed by English law.
